Exams mean nothing!
I noticed earlier this year that our exams only show how well we have revised, not how much we have learnt or the knowledge we hold about the subject. Teachers cram our minds with revision techniques and highlighted slips filled with pointless diagrams, what happened to learning? We no longer learn things, we just revise them, the British curriculum is crap, and were the ones who will suffer |
Capitalism, Communism and the Dominoe Theory
Capitalism
Capitalism is when people can make money for themselves, and there is a range of political parties that the civilians can choose to have their ideas for the country put forward, theyn can also elect a leader.
Communism
In this political system all the money made by people is given to the government and shared between the public, making everyone equal, there is one political partie with their own views and one supreme leader, who rules the country.
The Domino theory was used by the Americans, it was thought that if one countrie became communist, others would see it as agood idea and follow it, the communists (known as reds, because of the red relations) would take over the world andm innocent, apple pie making american mothers with kids who ride trycilcles would be bruttaly murdered. The americans used the excuse of Vietnam attacvking them (using a small fishing vessel) to invade the countrie, The americans took the anti communist side,whereas russia took the side of the coomunsits, this is known as a proxy. This was the long term cause of the cold war, Russia took the side of the Guerrillas,providing them with weapons, whereas america bombed the hell out of poor innocent trees, and used napalm on the Ho Chi Minh trail, which was the Gueriilas main supplie route, the people took shelter in small tunnels below the ground.
Rise Of Hitler
Hitler was able to come to power by teling the German public that he would ruin the treaty of versaille, as this had ruined Germany. The German Public hated this as it had put the Economy really rubbish and everyone starved out of inflation. He promised to give evyrone more money, t give the employment more jobs (thei were a lot of unemployed people so it would get a big vote) He also promised to make the farmers a fair amount for thier produce.
